Wow, I forgot we even did this song… Bridge Over Nothing, live on Recovery, must have been 1997. Thanks to Damo for putting it online.
WE ALL WANT TO Playing with The Gin Club
We are joining THE GIN CLUB at one of the Brisbane launch gigs for their new album Deathwish. It’s one of our first gigs for the year, and we’re gagging for it.
Friday 2 July: THE TROUBADOUR, Brisbane – with The Eagle and the Worm. There are limited tickets to this show, get them now I reckon. Tickets here.
In other news our album IS still gonna come out in the next few months,we’re just getting it prepared right – like a good chocolate cake you can’t rush these things.
We have also been writing a ton of songs, we have 15 new ones up our sleeves for album number 2 already. What are we like?

7 live gigs online now!
I’ve been digging through old DAT tapes and DVDs of some Screamfeeder gigs from the 90s and noughties. I know this stuff won’t appeal to everyone, but for our hard core fans (both of them) Christmas has come early this year. God, we have so much stuff I’d forgotten about, so here’s a big batch.
Enjoy.

taking us apart
I found an old DVD with a ton of pre Take You Apart demos on it from 2002 and 2003. The disc was – shall we say “compromised” but I managed to find a computer which could read it, and I salvaged the tracks. There are a few songs there I’d totally forgotten about, which never made it past being demos.
What’s with demos?! they always sound so damn good a few years later. A lot of these were recorded by Darek, who was in the band at the time. He’s a pretty shit hot engineer. The version of The Space That’s Left is pretty fab. Hear them here.
